Very disappointed. All model are in mono Colour (fbx and obj).

Mono color? you mean black and white? There's a .zip with textures included in the files which can be used for the models. Fbx and Obj will look gray when imported in most 3D programs. You would need to apply the textures to the models. I hope it works out for you.
