The origin of the boat is at the world center and at the bottom center. Origin of spread paddles is at the world center and corresponds with the boat origin if placed as pictured above. The unused folded paddles' origin is at the world center and under them for easier positioning. Beauty previews with Blender internal(lighting setup not included). Other previews are in app (Blender) views, not renders. Last preview is a sample screenshot from Unreal Engine.UE Manequin and scene are for scale and not included. All pieces are placed on a different layer in Blender. Exported as separate objects in other formats and archived. Textures include: Boat - 3x 2048x2048 JPG format - different planks Diffuse and Normalmap (Specularity,Displacement, Smoothness and AO are included for convenience in the texture pack, but not used in renders or preview). Paddles - they use the same texture as the boat body. Initiall files have textures assigned according the first preview. Textures are not object specific and can be easily used on other objects. Two of the planks textures are tiled (marked with T), the red one is not tiled.Textures in formats other than .blend may have to be reassigned.If you need other variations or models, please contact me.
