Ictíneo II full model with detailed interior, even if the first Ictíneo had human engine, soon Monturiol developed his own concept, him started so high, his search was for a "cosmic energy" , that his chemical, solid-state engine, has never been matched later. The German Walter subs were the only attempt in the same direction, but was never developed. The model has been built from Monturiol´s blueprints as they appear in his book "Ensayo sobre el arte de navegar bajo el agua".
