Very nice model with an impressive level of detail. Speaking for the FBX version, I can say that it handles like a charm in Cinema 4D on my system. By hiding/unhiding objects or object groups, you can reveal various areas of the ship and also choose between folded and unfolded sails.
The creator is also very helpful and knowledgeable.
Highly recommended. :-)
