They are located in the textures folder and have a color name. There are two FBX files, one is exported from 3ds max and the other FBX is exported from Blender. I also exported textures from Substance painter for Unreal Engine. All doors open. PBR textures so you can easily tweak them for any render or engine.

I checked on Cinema 4d, just load the FBX named Blender and the textures in the same place from the Blender archive. But since I don't know how to work in Cinema 4d, I didn't add the file. The truck is not included. On the render, it is presented as a presentation.
