Is this just the object or is it set up with lights and basic environment for me to capture different angles? IE would I be able to easily open it in blender and render out good quality like in the screenshots? I'm fairly new to 3D.

It's just the Dodge model, it doesn't contain scenery, cameras or lights.
The model is divided into many parts, from: wheels, doors, hood, engine, interior, dashboard, front and rear lights, box, windows, brand...
The model is available in several formats and you can open it in Blender to render with the quality of these images or better...
