Description
NASA's VIPER (Volatiles Investigating Polar Exploration Rover) lunar rover, derived from work done under the Resource Prospector program. This golf cart-sized robotic rover will explore shadowed craters near the lunar south pole in search of water. VIPER will launch in 2023 aboard a Commercial Lunar Payload Services lander
