Is this for a CAD program or is it just the drawings? I'd really like this as a project with my father. Is it something to where the average person can do it with you instructions?

V6 Miniature Engine 3D model
Description
This is my glory, it is an V6 engine powered by compressed air, i really love it. The real engine has just some little modifications but nothing extremely relevant; if you want you can try do build it using this drawings, i hope you enjoy it!
By here you can download SolidWorks files, STL Files and IGES files, i designed it with SolidWorks and il the SolidWorks Files folder you can find the original drawings of the engine.

In the folder there are the CAD files and the drawings, maybe for an "average person" is a bit difficult because you need specific machines to build it
