I downloaded the Blender file version. It opened in Blender 2.93.2 with no problems whatsoever. The model was scaled to the real world. High poly. Textures were 4096x4096 and looked great. There were no reversed normals and one sided planes were not in evidence. I exported this for use as a freeware mod item, under the provisions of the license, to Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS19) with no reported errors and it looked great and exactly as it should. Overall I was very impressed with this model and would recommend it to anyone. I hope the author will build more weathered items in the future, although I would suggest low poly versions be provided.
