This post-apocalyptic asset was initially created in UE5 then reassembled in a 3D software. The preview images were rendered in Unreal Engine 5 but similar result can also be achieved in Blender and 3ds Max; the only difference is that the grass was rendered using Foliage system in Unreal Engine,you can use a scatter tool in a 3D software to achieve the same result.The precision is approximately 512 pixels per meter, and some props placed on the roof have slightly lower precision.You can see the preview video here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_rcD_VfNg0
