This looks not bad at all! Although AA+ looking and PBR, it is a bit on the high-poly side and has no images of the wireframes, which makes it hard to decide to work with for a real-time Unity project. But added it to my wishlist and might get it once a significant discount applies sometime around late 2024 or early 2025.
