Gasoline two-cylinder engine for a heavy road motorcycle

Gasoline two-cylinder engine for a heavy road motorcycle 3D model

Description

With the development of vehicles, additional requirements are imposed on their power units, primarily related to their operational qualities (reliability, ease of maintenance and reduced material costs during operation, improved dynamics, etc.).At the end of the 20th century, internal combustion engines became so widespread that they came into direct conflict with the environmental and social conditions of human existence. The deterioration of the environmental situation has forced people to work closely to reduce the toxic emissions of internal combustion engines. In highly developed countries, relevant rules and regulations were introduced, which gave rise to the development of fundamentally new engine systems (fuel injection power systems, exhaust gas neutralization systems, systems that improve the working process of the internal combustion engine as a whole). In addition, noise and vibrations are generated when the engine is running. This led to the need to find compromise solutions aimed at meeting the requirements for ensuring an acceptable level of economic, weight and size and other basic indicators of engines. In this thesis project, the above problems can be solved by using a crank mechanism (crank) with dual kinematic connections in internal combustion engines. In the case of using this kshm in the engine, the difference in the pressure of the piston on the right and left sides of the cylinder decreases, which increases the engine life. Also, due to the difference in the speed of the piston from the upper dead center (TDC) to the lower dead center (NMT) and from NMT to TDC, power and economic characteristics are improved.
