Description

Professionally Designed 3D Model of a 2023 Harley Davidson Fat Bob 114.

This was Designed in 3D Studio Max 2023 edition and has also been brought into Blender 3.1.2 at the Turbosmooth 2 level.

All parts are separate objects and retain the Turbosmooth Modifier in 3DS Max for easy polygon/definition scaling.

The renders have been taken at 2 iterations of Turbosmooth and render in approximately 8-9 minutes on a mid range gaming PC as shown in previews. Renders as shown without any fancy plugins or extras with the default Arnold Renderer in 3DS Max (Or the Cycles renderer in Blender).

Polygon counts per iteration of turbosmooth:

0 Iterations: 244235 polys; 228065 verts

1 Iteration: 644742 polys; 401739 verts

2 Iterations: 1930931 polys; 1044786 verts

This has been exported to FBX and OBJ formats. Both of which were brought back into 3DS Max post export to make sure no errors have occurred in this process.

FBX format retains the Turbosmooth modifiers in the stack except for the seat and tyre tread which had other modifiers on them and could not be exported in this way. As a result I have included two FBX files, one with these objects at 2 Iterations of Turbosmooth and one at 1 Iterations. There is also an extra 3DS Max file with the Iterations of Turbosmooth set to 1 included.

OBJ file retains basic colouration of shaders.

Alternate colours as shown in renders have been saved in the material editor and can simply be dragged and dropped onto the front and rear fenders and fuel tank.

Modelled at real world units scale and the bike measures at 2.33 meters in length.

Much loving care has been poured into creating this model and it took many months to create.
