-If you are working with blender the easiest way to plug in textures is to use node wrangler add-on and then you click on the Principled BSDF in the shading tab. After that press ctrl+shift+t, find the folder with the textures, select all five maps and press principled texture setup and thats it your textures are there. All maps are located in the no number folders, you can find the base color map for turret and other in number variations and just load that image in base color if you want your vehicle to have different numbers.
