Model is STP. Looks good, but not a very 'portable' format...

How do you get the model purchased it but don't know how to download it

Agreed: Process is *not* self-evident. Here's my PC take: After allowing time for CGT to accept payment, log in / refresh page. I get a white N on green circle at upper right. Left-click on that, you should get a drop-down menu. In lower part, you should see 'My Purchases' option. Left-click on that to get list of your available products with Rate / Rated and Download. Left-click latter for pop-up window with files to down-load. Usually server is as fast as your line, but I have known it slow to crawl. In which case, try again later...
