I am not sure how to properly import this in Cinema 4d because both fbx and obj models folders have separate individual files of vehicle components for each of the 4 models. Please help ASAP.

Great assets.
The only concern is that you need Unreal Engine to work with them and export to a format you can work with, as the FBX files are disasembled.
