This asset has two UV maps, one for textures and one for Lightmaps. The Lightmap UV is carefully tested and confirmed in Unreal Engine 4. Please pay attention when importing it to the engine to the lightmap settings. The lightmap works even in resolution of 64.
Texture resolution is 2048x2048 in PNG format. The included texture is seamlessly tiling and can be used to texture other assets as well. The PBR textures are in Metal-Rough workflow. Texture is originally created in Substance Designer.
