Unity PBR Modular Guard Tower Set Low-poly 3D model

Game-ready, low-poly, pbr asset pack containing a number of pieces for building guard/watch towers, plus a few props, collision meshes, tillable textures, texture variations.

The pack contains following modular pieces:

• 8 Booths;
• 8 Platforms;
• 5 Roofs + 2 barbed wire variations;
• 2 parts of a straight tower, for building towers of any height + 8m, 12m, 16m, 20m full tapered towers;
• 3 Variations of stairs;
• 3 Variations of ladders;
• 12 Props: table, chair, big crate, small crate, fuse box, loudspeaker, 2 alarm lights, 2 searchlights, 4m and 2m barbed wire pieces

All assets have optimized custom colliders, some of them have secondary simplified colliders.

Texture resolutions: 2048x2048 - 1024x1024

Some textures have a tillable versions, without mesh specific normals. Some of the textures can be swapped between each other.
