The device for the preparation of cotton candy is designed for the preparation of sugar (sweet) cotton wool from sugar, easy to operate and maintain. Widely used in theme parks, zoos, rides, etc. Standard serving of sugar (sweet) wool is obtained from two teaspoons of sugar. The device does not require for the production of special raw materials: suitable for almost any sugar - 100% refined, cane or beet. The technology of preparation is simple: sugar is poured into the cavity of the head of the equipment, when the machine is turned on, the rotating head by centrifugal force sprays the molten sugar. The resulting fibers are wound on a stick or placed in a glass. You can vary the different flavors of cotton candy: vanilla, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, Pina colada, banana, chocolate. Sweet cotton wool, or cotton candy, - a loose culinary product, a sweetness reminiscent of cotton wool (hence the name). It is prepared from melted sugar poured through a sieve onto a rapidly rotating cold metal drum or cone. During the preparation of thin filaments that are collected in a ball. If sugar syrup is tinted with food colorings, sweet sugar candy gets color.
