This package contains 100+ unique modular meshes and 280+ prefabs/mesh-material combinations which you can use to build your very own indoor or outdoor skate park.
Unity, Unreal, FBX, OBJ and .blend files are included
Objects reuse materials as much as possible using trim and tiling textures in order to reduce draw calls and increase performance.
The package contains an example scene as well as a scene where all the assets are laid out next to each other.
Supermodular
All meshes were made with modularity in mind. They all have manually authored lightmap UV's and they all contain LODs and custom collision meshes.
Multiplatform Friendly
The package is intended to be used on Desktop, higher end mobile, and VR (including Meta Quest) platforms.

Attention
The package works best with Color Space set to Linear
Standard render pipeline scenes use Unity's post processing stack (v2)
