I was unable to print the model, after downloading all the different files and trying to load them in to my slicing software the models were missing big chunks. I did contact the designer a few times and explained what was going on and even provided screenshots, they did try and help by telling me to try a different file, but the same thing was happening. So I am still unable to print this design.
