Procedural animated looping fire with geometry nodes. blender 3.0
Made using a procedural seamless noise texture displacing a subdivided cube.
You can explore the geometry nodes tree and tweak the settings as you want and I tried to include as much as could of the controls in the modifier panel as you can see in the thumbnail these are:
animation on-off-fire on-off
subdivision level
Animation speed
noise roughness and details
displacement midlevel and strength
scale XYZ
rotation XYZ
location XYZ
taper effect
movement displacement ammount XYZ
movement noise scale, roughness and distortion...
