Thought about buying some of these, but "custom license"? I understand CGTrader's license and I don't want to have to review a special nonstandard license for individual products. CGTrader's license is reasonable and straightforward, and when you're looking through hundreds of listings trying to find the right assets, you can't spend time reviewing separate licenses for individual products, and complicating any works you use them in with a bunch of different licenses. So, I'll hold off on these unless they're set to the standard royalty-free license.
(Also, I don't actually see this custom license anywhere...)

Fit for purpose. please check if the resolution works for you. You cannot use this in close up mode, which is exactly as described. It definitely a good resource to have and fit for what it is designed for.
