I painstakingly recreated the font into a 3D model as well as redesigned the Time Lord insignias into emission maps myself. It has been a wicked project that I hope will save you from hours and hours of fun, but also painful work. You can also use the nodes system to change the emission colour (texture mapped) to whatever you desire through an RGB node or deactivate the emission entirely by setting the value to zero. All letters now have a bevelled design with correctly bevelled edges on every sharp corner for more realistic light refractions.
