  • 春节 (chun jie) or 过年 (guo nian) is the Chinese Spring Festival (Celebration/Holiday) held every year in China on the Lunar New Year in January-February (the exact dates are different each year) and the biggest celebration event in China, the red envelopes, lanterns and firecrackers are all important part of this celebration
  • this project includes 8 Chinese low-poly firecracker 3D models, 1 box (the top is foldable and axis point set properly), 12 fireworks based on 1 (11 duplicates) and 1 pole which is often used to tie the firecrackers onto it
  • no textures used only materials / materials are exported in exchange formats but need to be tweaked to reach the desired look in your software, especially the golden part
  • in the Cinema 4D project C4D materials used with Polygon Tags (very easy to modify)
  • all models are UV mapped with non-overlapping UVs
  • low-poly models but due to their nature, using a lot of them in 1 scene can be overwhelming
