Includes diffuse/albedo, height/displacement, smoothness/specularity, edge, ambient occlussion, metallic and edge maps. Textures are tiled seamless but I've also included the non-seamless texture maps in case you have a procedural tiling method. See the blender node setup image for how to set up this material in Blender Cycles. Alternatively you can simply append the material into your blender project from the included .blend file.
