Procedural rigged eyes, rendered in Cycles and includes a short animation of how they look you dont need to apply image textures everuthing is procedural and editable with the UVS. For the HDRI i used a plugin name EasyHDRI. the eye and the skin is alredy texturiced with nodes in Blender. you can append the texture if you like in a new blender file.
Is better if you render it in cycles but it works well in eve.
