Format using EXR 32bit for Displacement and Tiff for a Texture Colour.
You can create Poster or anything you want, but shouldn't using in game terrain.
The object (FBX, STL, OBJ) just only the sample, i suggest you must build from the scratch using Displacement.
For better result build with million Vertice.
it was tested on Blender only.
Five High Resolution Texture Colour and you can extract Guide.rar if you interesting to create a Sign Map.
