Urban Material Pack Texture

This pack contains a project in Unreal Engine 4.23 and the textures for PBR and V-ray materials.

PBR Textures:

Type of textures: Base Color, Normal, Height, Metallic, Roughness

Multiple basecolor maps for some material to create more variations.

Resolution: 4096x4096

Texture format: .tga (targa)

V-ray Textures:

Unreal Project:

contains 12 instance materials and 2 master materials for an urban environment (bricks, asphalt, walkside tiles). Materials have Base Color, Normal, AORM(3 textures combined, Red=Ambient Occlusion, Green=Roughness, Blue=Metallic), Height and a mask to edit the color for specific areas if you want.

Adjustable parameters in each material such as: Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation, Tint, Dirt, UV, Roghness intensity, Normal intensity, Parallax Occlusion parameters etc.
