contains 12 instance materials and 2 master materials for an urban environment (bricks, asphalt, walkside tiles). Materials have Base Color, Normal, AORM(3 textures combined, Red=Ambient Occlusion, Green=Roughness, Blue=Metallic), Height and a mask to edit the color for specific areas if you want.
