Quality pack for the budding professional / experienced hobbyist 3D artist / scene designer. If you need something realistic, there is little to no complaints or issues I have with this pack.
There is enough difference in the asphalt surfaces to give you a wide array of choices to make every street in view seem different, while still keeping a good choice of textures for most 'styles'. This keeps the texture from tiling / repeating identically into the horizon, which can easily be seen by most folks and would otherwise detract from the immersion or initial quality impression. So entirely, money well spent on AAA-quality work that will surely keep your scene looking top-dog, in upcoming games/simulators and high-res presentations alike.
