The 3d models come in 3 variety - hard edged, beveled edge, and chamfered edge. It's a good start for sure and saved me the time of sourcing portions of the work, but not executed perfectly.
All 3 have bad topology with some crazy non-quad polygons on top and bottom of pieces. The top sides and bottoms of each piece are individual, so there isn't a multi-sub material or collapsed meshes, which caused problems initially.
I didn't see the measurements to get the puzzle to loop perfectly, so I'm seeing some cracks between some un-perfect alignments with certain renderers.
