Daruma doll (8 pieces, different colors)
Daruma is a Japanese traditional doll that represents the Bodhidharma.
And it's also the thing that tore off the heads of schoolchildren in the movie 'As the Gods Will', so be careful during the rendering, make sure that the doll Daruma did not fall.
One model:
Total in the scene (8 pieces):
Modeling: Blender
Texuring: Substance Painter
Mesh - quad, no N-gons, names of materials, textures, objects - English, texture paths erased (Strip path).
UVWUnwrap using the UDIM technique (3 typeset-types). One model with different materials (Multi/Sub-object material, 3 slots for each UDIM set: 'front' - 1001, 'face' - 1002, 'back' - 1003).
Textures 2048x2048, PNG: 'daruma_doll_pink_model_Diffuse.1001_front.png', 'daruma_doll_model_ior.1002_front.png', 'daruma_doll_gold_model_Reflection.1003_front.png' and so on.
Help for working with textures when using OBJ:
If there is no indication of the model color in the texture name: 'red', 'gold', etc., then the texture is universal for all materials.
The textures are added to the corresponding slot (e.g. 'ior' in the slot 'Fresnel IOR', 'Glossiness' in the slot Glossiness).
Textures 'Diffuse Color' and colored 'Reflection' - at loading Bitmap, gamma is automatic, for all other textures (glossness, ior, normal, Height) - gamma 'Override - 1.0'.
VrayNormalMap - slot 'normal map' - map 'Normal', slot 'bump map' - map 'Height'.
All materials are the same, differ only slots 'Diffuse Color' and in the case of gold, differ 'Reflection', 'Glossness', 'ior'.
And as the Japanese say: Omae wa mou shindeiru! - Good luck with your renderers!
