Music box 3D model

This is a model of a manual hand cranked music box with engraved wodden box. The model has been s_caled ten times (x10)_ for better renders but all the parts are made to proportion.

• The paw symbol is just a placeholder and can be modified. Files included.
• Few of the materials used are generated and the rest are PBR materials.
• All of the PBR materials are royalty free and are included in the files. (You might need to remap them)

• The meshes using PBR materials are UV unwrapped.

• The drum is set for Tears in heaven by Eric Clapton. It can also easily be modified to any other song (4 bars 4/4 or ~12 seconds) with just a little tweaking in the [.blend] file.

• The diaphragm (metal pins) have set shape keys for easy animation.

The engravings on the box are made using [.png]s and a normal map for easy customization. You can create your own normal/bump maps and pngs make your own engravings. Just need to change the filename in the material.

A [Read me] has also been inculded for details on gear + crank timing, modifying the drum for other songs and creating custom normal maps. I'll try my best and help you set the instrument for a different song too.
