The screen contains mesh that emmits light under the glass and by turning on and off specific parts of it, it is possible to control what the presented digits will be. This is made easier by the categorization and proper naming of all parts throughout the scene collection, which can be better understood by looking at the screenshots provided.
All lights have their own dedicated material to allow individual control of their color and intensity.
There are no textures used, although there are a few images within the .blend file that serve the purpose of button labels.
