Description
Carabiner model as a prop for 3D rendering, containing two variants with minor differences. This is #4 of a series of carabiner designs. Multiple formats are provided.This carabiner is designed for coupling a rope or cable to a flat strap, such as for pulling crates or supplies while climbing. The crimped variant has an additional low-friction PTFE or silicone sleeve to facilitate sliding of the strap.
The STEP file format is the most portable and detailed, so use that for rendering if your software supports it.
These models are not low-poly, and not optimized for use as game assets, but as detailed 3D assets for photorealistic rendering.
