Regarding Negative Review: We would like our prospective customers to please note that our company has *not* received any inquiry or support request from the reviewer kwolbeck regarding the 3D Model Start Gate, which they purchased for $25.00 (@ 50% off) the day prior to posting a negative review. If the reviewer had contacted us prior to purchase, or after purchasing to let us know in what way the 3D model was not as expected, we would've been glad for the opportunity to assist and answer any question they may have had about the model or its use. However, as the individual did not contact us for customer service (or, frankly, regarding anything else our company has to offer), we can only wonder why the review states they did, and that their experience was extremely negative. Our 3D Model Start Gate was custom designed and modeled for a professional gaming company in the UK; this client was very pleased with the models we created for them, and the 3D model has been reselling to other customers since. The 3D model is exactly as represented on the purchase page, which contains multiple rendered images, wireframe views, and detailed item information. We do make every effort to ensure imagery and information is clear and comprehensive. Any customer, including the reviewer, may contact us by clicking the CG Trader message icon on the item page if they have any uncertainty about a 3D model or any issue with it.
