The CBS-70 Ptolemaios is the tactical mothership of Celestial Being in Animation season 1 of Mobile Suit Gundam 00.
This ship has many eye-opening mechanical settings, such foldable catapult deck, rotatable peripheral MS Containers docking ring etc.Irresistible fascination for all Gundam fans.

As being science fiction cartoon series.I use different gradient of blue and gray blending to attain cartoon hand-painted brushstrokes.Make it represent both high-tech fantasy and combat atmosphere.
Although the currently displayed 3D model is close catapult deck configuration. However, the related interlocking mechanism have been incorporated into design and reserved space for later transformation .
After the subsequent Gundam is completed, all units will be integrated and transformed into open catapult deck configuration.

This Model come with several individual parts , Like front hatch , is openable. However ,because this model was made several years age. I did not apply Rig yet. May be some day in the future, After finishing Gundam model , I will make a short video about Gundam launch from front hatch.

Any plans for 3d print compatibility?

Thank you for your attention. In order to improve quality, I am currently studying other technology, such as materials , animation, etc.Temporarily ,I will not go back to 3D printing skill until I have enough confidence in my works.

I would like to 3D print the front of the vessel in 1:100 scale for my gunpla collection. Where did you find the blue print?

I did not find any blue print. I just google all pictures , include official web site , to build this . Some details may be different, I just imagine .
