Lockheed Martin Single-Stage Lunar Lander

Lockheed Martin Single-Stage Lunar Lander 3D model

Description

This human-scale lunar lander was one of Lockheed's early concepts for what would become the Artemis program. It featured a Centaur-derived propulsion section used for both ascent and descent, and an Orion-derived crew cabin. It would have been fully reusable, and compatible with future lunar ISRU-produced propellant

All materials and textures are packed into the .blend file. Unapplied modifiers and instancing have been used to reduce file size and enable easy editing.

Changelog:

May 5 2020: Initial upload

Jan 11 2022: Made legs movable, material updates, modifier-based window/hatch cutouts, updated for Blender 3.0, exported to additional formats
