I noticed under licence that this model requires additional clearances to use in a commercial product, can I ask why? And what would I need to do in order to use it in my game?

Description
A large alien starship ready for your space scenes.
The alien spaceship includes 4 textures. The textures are 4096x4096 bump, spec, emit and color textures. The UV unwrapping is mirrored across the center, same as the geometry. There are no remaining subsurf modifiers.
The starship is made of one single object.
Blend version comes with a very simple lighting setup, two sun lamps and a camera.

Changed something in cycles and it gonna looks better. First impression was wrong because i got something different from expectations
