Made in blender and textured in substance painter with pbr materials.
Textures:
No complex blender materials used so you can get the same results with other renderers. There are 14 pbr texturesets and every textureset contains basecolor/albido, roughness, metalness and normal maps. Texture sizes vary from 1k to 4k. Small details and greebles in top of the ship are compined in 3 parts so they use 3 texturesets.
Mesh and topology:
Mesh contains only polygonal quads and tris so no ngons used. All plates and panels in ships surface are done with mesh, so no normal/bump maps are used in that. Normal maps are only used for fine details like scratches and small bumps.
Objects and dimensions:
Metric system is used in this model. The ship is 571.45 meters long, 125.45 meters wide and 102.63 meters tall. There are 66 objects in whole model. Small details in top of ship are combined in 3 objects.
