If You'll print it , I think yes. Someone already did it.Just customize according size of head. No internal mechanic for the visor!

Well in general the file is ok.
But you need Meshmixer to adapt some stuff. Also the internal mechanic for the visor is completely missing. And i am not sure if the original file is exactly the dimensions of the original helmet. I started to print the outer shell and its pretty huge. I sized down the file and even there you can see that’s impossible. So i would be happy to know at least the width so resize and print again. But as i said the file is ok and printable.
