Intended for game/realtime/background use and not Intended for subdivision.
Was originally modeled in 3ds Max 2016 and saved as 3ds Max 2013.Textured in Substance Painter.
There are two sets of textures: for PBR and for gloss/spec workflows. See archives description for details.
This model consists primarily of quads. Is completely manually Unwrapped (non-overlapping).Pivot point in 0,0,0.Real world scale (see scale reference in preview images).System units - meters
Preview images with Marmoset logo was rendered using Marmoset Toolbag. Images with V-Ray logo was rendered using V-Ray 3.
The floor model is in a separate file sci-fi_floor_pbr_fbx.zip
Textures sets:
- for PBR workflow
- for Gloss/Spec workflow
All textures has 2048x2048 size. It is suitable for close up renders, but if you need you can reduce them.

This is source file with high poly and low poly geometry for baking normal map. High and low geo separated by layers and has specific postfix _high and _low (see preview images).
