(Sorry for my bad english) Made with blender (cycles render). Blend file contains a bit high poly model so if you want edit you can. I'm not sure for is it a PBR model. Important: I didn't use any textures for hovering part (it's blue part of model). And other model (In blend file) doesn't have any textures or UV map. If you use in unity you must recalculate normal in unity.
