I saved a tonne of hours by buying and using this model in my mobile game over creating it from scratch myself. I still had to heavily optimise the model since the model wasn't designed for mobile use, and I also heavily modified the texture to fit the style needed to match the rest of the environment. However doing all of those changes only took an hour or two, as opposed to the 5-10 hours it would of taken to create this model from scratch myself. So buying this model was well worth the time saved.
My only complaint, if any, is that the UV seam placements are pretty strange in parts, likely a result from automatically generating the seams over manually creating them.
