• Processing: 3D Slicer, Blender
• Accuracy: High anatomical accuracy and resolution of the gyri and sulci
• Quality control: The scan and 3D model were checked by a radiologists and neurologists for anatomical accuracy.
• Anatomical structures: Surface of the telencephalon, diencephalon (rostral and inferior side) with hypophysis, cerebellum and cervical brainstem. Cranial nerves are only seen rudimentary like the optical nerve.
