I got this for almost free. So from that stance i can't complain.
But dont expect something that is useable right away. One scene object is missing and half of the textures are missing. The quality of the objects is much higher than the room itself. The rooms are put together quite bad and pretty much useless for me. I also dont know why the modeler needed to put 46 cameras into the scene.
Buy this model if you have use for the Objects and can use your own textures.
