Overlapping, automatic UVs, low effort modeling with some objects with very high poly count and others are just cubes. Some objects have "archmodels70" on the name, so they may not even have been made by this seller. The fbx at least have UVs and materials that do not match the image. Maybe the max file work as advertised, but the fbx is misleading.
