Visualization of the Cross Section of the skin. The section is histologically divided into 3 major parts : Epidermis , the dermis and the subcutaneous layer . The dermis contains the hair follicles, sebaceous glands as well as the sweat glands. The subcutaneous layer is the fatty layer that contains the blood Vessels and nerves that supply the upper layers of the skin . The model was sculpted on zbrush and textured in substance painter.
