Fulvestrant (formula: C32H47F5O3S; CAS: 129453-61-8) is a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD). It is used to treat hormone receptor (HR)-positive metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It is given by injection into a muscle. It is sold under the brand name Faslodex among others. This molecule is provided in three standard representations and includes a simulated electrostatic (van der Waals) surface. The whole model is provided as a C4D scene, all objects are editable primitives or metaball objects.
