Compressed Oil Bubbles

Compressed Oil Bubbles 3D model

Description

The simulation was created in Houdini 19 and rendered with 3ds Max 2023 using V-Ray 6.The animation was exported from Houdini as an Alembic file, making it compatible with any 3D software that supports the Alembic format, despite being rendered in 3ds Max.

Included

  • 3ds Max 2023 & VRay 6
  • Houdini 19
  • Alembic files
  • HDR for environment
  • optional tyFlow setting for micro bubbles

Use Houdini to make longer animations, modify turbulence or fluid speed.

The original simulation is 150 frames long.If you need more frames, you must extend the simulation with the Houdini file provided and re-export the new simulation as an alembic, and reload the new alembic file into 3dsMax, and add the corresponding material.

This animation showcases a close-up of translucent, oily-looking bubbles in constant, smooth motion. They float and glide against each other, creating a soothing, ethereal effect. The play of light and reflections adds a subtle iridescent shine, giving the clip a modern, sophisticated look. Ideal for abstract backgrounds, scientific presentations, wellness themes, and showcasing beauty products like creams and serums, emphasizing purity and softness.
